It only takes a few steps to get cool ihateclowns.com products shipped to your doorstep. To purchase a product:
- Select a category from the navigation on the right hand side of each page or view our All Products page.
- When you see a product image you like, click on it (or on the "Buy Now" text underneath the small product image to be taken to the information page about that product where you can add that product to your shopping cart
- To buy a product, you just add the item to your cart by selecting your size (if applicable) and clicking on the "add to cart" button (Nothing is ordered yet and you can change your mind at anytime))
- Next, you will be taken to a webpage where you can see what items are in your shopping cart. You can also view the items that are currently in your shopping cart by clicking the "View Shopping Cart" link that is located at the top of all the pages of our site.
To remove an item, click the REMOVE button to the left of the item listing on the shopping cart page.
You can also make any size or quantity changes on this page, just remember to click the 'RECALCULATE' after you make any changes.
Select a SHIP TO country from the drop down list, choose whether or not your order ship shipping to a CALIFORNIA destination in the Select Tax dropdown list (we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to California destinations) and select your preferred Shipping Method from the drop down box.
If you have a Coupon Code, please enter it in the COUPON CODE input box and click the APPLY COUPON button. Remember that all new online customers receive a 10% discount with the coupon code YAKKO.
If you have a Gift Certificate, enter the NUMBER and the PIN in the input boxes and click the REDEEM CERTIFICATE button
Select your Payment Type from the drop down box and click the CHECKOUT button. - Next you will be taken to a secure, encrypted page that will display your order summary and ask for your order information, billing address, shipping address, credit card info, etc. This page is completely secure any private payment information sent is transmitted directly to the bank for verification. We do not share your personal information with anyone.
Once you have completed the information on this page, click on the SUBMIT THIS ORDER button to process your order. - After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number & you will receive two email confirmations:
* 1st email will be from ihateclowns.com and it will confirm your order has been received and is being processed.
* 2nd email will confirm your payment is being processed by our parent company, CIRCLE R. You will receive a second email from CIRCLE R once your order has shipped.
